OUR PASSION IS TEACHING
Like any good structure, our course begins by laying a strong foundation. This makes it easier, and more fun, to learn the drinks every bartender should know. The course is a comprehensive two-week class held during weekday evenings at Elm Ridge Party Center in Canal Fulton, OH. Our students are taught:

  • the importance of responsible bartending
  • classic and popular drinks
  • proper pouring techniques
  • how and when to serve
  • what garnishes to use
  • how to track inventory
  • register & bar etiquette
  • how to earn and maximize tips
  • an introduction to beer and wine

We recognize the impact of teaching one-on-one which is why our classes are small by design. If you are interested in a true one-on-one learning experience, we are flexible outside of normal classroom hours. One-on-one courses can be completed in just one week.

BARTENDING SERVICES You found the location, you've got the guests... now you need the staff! We can also provide bartending services throughout North East Ohio. If you are in need of bartenders for your event, feel free to reach out to us. We'll even provide taste testing and help you make a signature drink for your event! EVALUATIONS & ON-SITE TRAINING
Running your own bar or restaurant is an enormously time consuming task and it's just not feasible for you to be there all of the time. When ownership/management isn't present, sometimes the quality of work from the other staff suffers. That's where we come in. We offer two solutions. The first is a Secret Shopper Program where we will evaluate key points of your business' service from an outside perspective.  The second is an on-site training program where we can help your staff with the items listed below. We will work with you on specific details to ensure you get an evaluation and/or training that leads to improvements proven to help increase the satisfaction of your customers and ultimately the revenue your business produces.
